Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AI Multi Chat ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

AI Multi Chat is a mobile application that allows users to send prompts to multiple AI language models (including GPT-5.2, Claude Opus 4, and Gemini 2.5 Flash) and compare their responses side by side. The service requires tokens to submit queries, which can be obtained through in-app purchases or promotional offers.

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use this App. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App and that they have read and agree to these Terms on your behalf. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to be under the minimum age requirement.

4. User Account and Tokens

  • Token System: The App operates on a token-based system. Each AI query consumes 2 tokens per model queried.
  • Free Tokens: New users receive 50 free tokens upon registration. These tokens are for personal use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
  • Purchased Tokens: Additional tokens may be purchased through in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Non-Refundable: All token purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or app store policies.
  • Token Expiration: Tokens do not expire as long as your account remains active.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the App to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
  • Create content that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, other accounts, or any related systems or networks
  • Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers or networks connected to the App
  • Use the App for any commercial purpose without our express written consent
  • Generate content that promotes discrimination, hatred, or violence against individuals or groups
  • Create malware, spam, or content designed to deceive or defraud others
  • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law

6. AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI-generated responses may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate. You should verify any important information independently.
  • The AI models are provided by third parties (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) and we have limited control over their outputs.
  • You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content.
  • AI-generated content should not be relied upon for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

7. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: The App, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by AI Multi Chat and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • Your Content: You retain ownership of any prompts you submit. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process your prompts through third-party AI services for the purpose of providing the service.
  • AI Responses: The ownership and usage rights of AI-generated responses are subject to the terms of service of the respective AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google).

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal information.

9. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party AI services (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) to function. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of these third-party services. Your use of these services through our App is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

10. Service Availability

We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the App, but we do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times. We may suspend, withdraw, discontinue, or change all or any part of the App without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the App is unavailable at any time or for any period.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AI MULTI CHAT, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE APP.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AI Multi Chat and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which AI Multi Chat operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

16. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the App or by other means. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AI Multi Chat regarding your use of the App and supersede any prior agreements between you and AI Multi Chat relating to your use of the App.
